Cancellation Policy
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, however we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Please be aware that if 24 hours notice is not given, your deposit will be forfeited. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us on 01905 739317 between the hours of 9am-7pm Monday-Saturday. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will kindly allow another client access to that appointment time. Late Cancellations/No-Shows: A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, your deposit will be forfeited.
